What it was like to win!

 Hi I'm APenguinHippo1998, $10 ROBLOX Card winner and KNC Game Reviewer! When I heard that I had won the $10 robux card, I celebrated like a mad man.

It took me a while to work out how to spend it, but thanks to youtube I worked it out!

Spring Bunny-Catalog Review

 

 

 

 

          

 

    

    Happy spring to all of you! If you are wondering why I am ont posting lately is because other people do the hat reveiws to try to make the website more active and better. So let me stop chit-chating and start the review of the Spring Bunny.

                                The Texture:

   I wouldn't say this exactly has a texture since it isnt a hat but it does have somesort of texture. It's texture is smooth . The whiskers make it look smooth and ROBLOX tried to make it so you cant see the pixels up close so that is what gives it a smooth look. That applys for the other parts of the face. So the texture gets a 8.0/10.

                                The Looks: 
    This looks pretty good for a bunny face. I believe it is the first Bunny face we got on roblox. This looks pretty well. The face is good. ROBLOX did do a nice job to make the whiskers look curved and "alive." ROBLOX could have done a better job but I would say it is pretty good. The looks deserves a 8.6/10.

                                 The Effort:
   ROBLOX did put in nan average time of effort into this. After all this is a face so this is a great amount of effort for a face. It wouldn't be that well for a hat. ROBLOX's Effort went into designing the whiskers and face. He made effort on getting the tooth curve right as you can see in the picture it is curved and not square. The eys are basic eyes from most faces. The effort deserves a 8.5/10.

                                    The Overall:
  Overall this is a nice face if you want to be an Easter bunny but can't afford body and hats for an Easter bunny look. The price is R$55 which is reasonable for a bunny face. It looks good with other hat combos so I recommend you get it. Overall this deserves a 8.9/10.
  

 

Game Review~ Monorail Crash!

    Hey APenguinHippo1998 here, Today I'll be reviewing simoon68's monorail crash!

 

Me Falling to my death when my seat exploded off the monorail.

 

 

Construction

The construction of this game is very good, It has obviously been worked hard on. Various parts are C-Framed and it would take a very skillfull builder to build something as well as this. Everything is very detailed, Colourfull and looking awesome! One of the best built games on ROBLOX. The Creator (Simoon68) never fails to make a well built game and this is one of his best. There are many impressive meshs and cute little benchs and chairs. I give it 10 out of 10 for Construction!

 

Scripting

The scripting is pretty good, the main sources of scripting is for, The GUI (Like the GUI shop), Regening the monorail every 140 seconds and well... The monorail! As I said one of the main sources of scripting is the GUI shop which is Sweet! When you click 'Open Shop' the button flys to the middle of the screen then explodes with so many awesome items like the 'Point Gun'! Yeah I would give it a 9 out of 10 for scripting!

 

Effort

Alot and mean ALOT of effort was put into this game! If it was me it would probally take approximately 9123 and a half years to build. I really like and respect how much effort was put into this. It gets updated regulary and this is what i think most effort was put into.

 

• The GUI shop and the gear testing hangout in the game. 
• The crash which is totally epic!
• And the decals, Meshs and just the beauty of it all. 

I would give Simoon68 another 10 out of 10!

                                                         Gameplay

The Gameplay of this game is pretty good! There is no lag what so ever, I think this game is very Enjoyable and many people love it. Infact i made some of my closest friends in this game. I would say many people play this game to hangout and meet new friends! The gameplay is one of this games best features and i would highly recommend this game for when you want to meet some new friends!
Simoon68 has pulled something pretty amazing off because im giving him ANOTHER 10 out of 10!

                                                          Overall

Overall this game is Awesome but if I had to use one word to describe it, It would be "Imense" because this game was very skillfuly built. It is a must play and if you haven't already played it click Here. This is the best game review I have ever given, Well even though I'm new and this only the second review I have done. Obviously from my other ratings this game gets a 10 out of 10!

The 2013 ROBLOX Easter Egg Hunt

Hi everyone,

The easter egg hunt of 2013 has finally began! The eggs this year are made very tricky to find, better try hard to find them all! Here's how to get all of the eggs.

【Watermelon Egg】
Spawns near the teleport area, very easy to find

【The GGE Egg】
Located inside the city, hillside and spawn area, you must trap it in a corner to get it as it rolls away

【The Tiger Egg】
Spawns near the teleport area, forest area, very easy to find

【Full Moon Egg】
Spawns near the teleport area, forest area, only spawns during the night time

【Chocolate Egg】
Spawns near the teleport area, houses and or from the Egg Cannon 2013

【Cannonical Egg】
This egg targets players and fires exploding eggs, can be found near the spawn area, or mountain area

【Eggtraterrestrial Egg】
Some parts of the maps are filled with yellow 'facehuggers' (A usual location is inside the waterfall cave, near the teleporter). A faceugger will jump on a nearby player, infecting them and killing them. Once killed, the egg will grow out of the victim's chest (ew), which can then be collected.

【Egg of Duty】
This egg is usually around mountai-like areas (volcano, bridge). It will fire bullets to nearby players, instantly killing them, but also awarding the egg.

【Wizard of the Astral Isles Egg】
Spawns inside the Wizard tower, relatively easy to get, to get past the lightning blows press "S" 

【Eggrachnophobia Egg】
Randomly located around the map, this egg has a short time to be collected, before it will release multple spiders, destroying the egg, and possible killing any unlucky player trying to get it (?), Normally found in the cave area

【Eggo Trip Egg】
This egg has your name on it, normally found in the houses or city

【Supersonic Egg】
Usually located at the volcano side. This egg will shootoff if a player approaches it pushing the player off balance and flying away. It will drop later to the grounds, where it can be picked up. Be fast, if you took too long to recover / walk to it, it will shootoff again.

【Deviled Egg】
South of the teleports (if the real spawn is located west from the teleports) is a huge door. Once you arrive in here, you will be given a sword, and your task is to kill the boss in this cave. The boss it's attack is flying and dropping bombs on the left row, switching to middle, and then right lane. The best way to dodge this is to stand in the lowerright corner or upperleft corner. Once he dropped bombs on all 3 lanes, he will land on the central area, where you have a brief time to attack him, before he will attack again. Once practiced with his pattern, he will drop the egg once slain.

【Catacysmic Egg】
This egg will appear in the corner next to the road tunnel. it will occasionally release a shockwave, destroying every other egg in the map, and pushing players away (which can be dodged by holding the jump key). The volcano will also erupt, shooting deadly lava. The egg will sit still, and the cataclysm will continue until collected. If you have the time, you can wait near the tunnel for it to appear.

【Troll Egg】
Located under the bridge above the waterfall, this little fellow is hungry, and requires 7 spam to grow up. You can collect spam from some houses in the village, but you cannot unequip it, or you will lose it. This means you have to walk all the way from the house up to the waterfall. You can only take 1 spam at the time, so be sure you have the time to do this task. Once 7 spam has been given, it can be collected.

【Royal Faberge Egg, Regal Dragon Faberge Egg, Dream Weaver Egg】
These are rare eggs, they spawn randomly in the map, Normally found in the cave area and forest areas of the map, use the faberge cloner to get this.

【The Outrageous Egg】
Spawns when an OBC player enters the server, find him/her to get this egg

【The Egg of Scales】
Found in the cave area of the cave, very difficult to obtain, for more information please see this;

【Scrambled Egg】
Unobtainable as of this point.

【iEgg Egg】

Obtainable when a new server starts, where the large tree is located, not obtainable until this weekend, very hard to get and rare.

ROBLOX Game Review - Robloxity [BETA] by 1Dev3/1Dev2

Hello KNC, and welcome to another game review from the one and only Mikoto192. Today we're reviewing the next game to the popular game Welcome to the City of ROBLOXia.

A great overview of the game Robloxity.

Construction

Robloxity is a really fun role-playing game. Robloxity, also known as the second part to the popular 2012 game, Welcome to the City of ROBLOXia, has great construction. Everything is very well detailed with bricks that are nicely CFramed. The terrain fits with the surroundings and everything that's in the game belongs. This category deserves a ten out of ten blox for originality for great construction and realistic features.

Scripting

Robloxity's scripting isn't bad either. With a nice collection of Graphic User Interfaces, or GUIs, and many other nicely scripted features, this game has the total package. The GUIs work very smoothly and flawlessly. Honestly, the scripting deserves a pretty nice score, so, Robloxity gets another ten out of ten blox for great scripting.

Effort

1Dev3's effort in creating and developing Robloxity is really great. The buildings and the landscape are really good, especially if the game is being made by 1Dev. Obviously, it took him a pretty long time to make this game. I mean, compare the Welcome to the City of ROBLOXia game to Robloxity and you'll understand. Robloxity's new features include things like:

• Way more detailed buildings.
• Way better landscape
• Better GUIs

So, of course, I would have to give 1Dev another ten out of ten blox for effort.

Gameplay

Robloxity's gameplay is weird. It's very full of lag and you lose connection at random times. Also, crazy amounts of online daters on the game creates a lot of commotion such as:

• "Say 123 for bf"
• "Say 432 for gf"
• "Say 1234 for [Censored]

Apparently, this category won't get a good rating. I mean, if 1Dev is such a good scripter, why doesn't he just TRY and make a script that blocks all ROBLOXians in the game from saying things like that. Robloxity gets a 7.5 out of ten blox for inappropriate language and huge amounts of lag.

Overall

Overall, this game gets a 8.5 out of ten blox. The game deserves the score too. But remember, this is only the BETA stages of the game. Maybe I may end up reviewing the official version. We'll see. But for now, let's head off to the statistics. I'm Mikoto192, and have a great day.

: ROBLOX Game Review - ROBLOX Egg Hunt 2013 by Games :

Hello KNC, I'm Mikoto192 here with another game review. Today, I'm reviewing a game that broke the ROBLOX record of 10,000 players in one game. I am review the ROBLOX  Egg Hunt 2013 game by Games.

Construction

The construction in this game isn't bad at all. Everything is nicely constructed without error. Structures, such as the tower, are greatly CFramed and fit in with their environment. The ROBLOX staff did a really nice job building this map, so it's obvious that they deserve a very positive score. Also, everything seems realistic at a distance. The construction of this game gets a positive ten out of ten blox for amazing construction and outstanding CFraming.

Scripting

The scripting in this game is dashing. The scripts are so grand that they give the eggs the ability to react on their own. For example, the wizard egg tampers with your controls so it's harder for you to get the egg. Or, the Sorcus egg needs to be fed for you to be able to get the egg. Also, the Graphic User Interfaces are clear and organized. The GUIs are scripted to show you when you get an egg and which eggs you don't have. I have to give this category a ten out of ten blox because the GUIs and the scripting are just plain beautiful.

Effort

The effort in this game is also great. The ROBLOX staff have worked very hard on this egg hunt for a few weeks now. I honestly think that they put a lot grit and determination into this game, because it got over 15,000 ROBLOXians in the game within only 20 minutes. This category deserves another ten out of ten blox due to the amount of effort put into this game. And we wonder why this game is so successful.

Gameplay

The gameplay in this game is also really good. The only real problem is that lag sometimes comes up at times you least expect. Most of the lag happens when the volcano becomes active. So, the game sometimes lags when that happens and that may get kind of annoying after a while. Honestly, the game does deserve a 9.5 out of ten blox though. Other then the lag, the gameplay is totally rad. 

Overall

The overall blox in this game review is official. The ROBLOX Egg Hunt 2013 gets a.... [Drum Roll Please]..... 9.5 out of 10 blox! Congratulations to all the ROBLOX staff who helped in this game! Now let's get on down to our statistics!

KNC News Cast Weekly Round-Up: 3-24-13

WELCOME AGAIN, TO THE KNC NEWS CAST WEEKLY ROUND-UP: 3-24-13! HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED RECENTLY:

We kicked off a lot of news recently and yet again, here is another piece of our work. We talk about the recent news as in hats, important things, and what's going on! This time I will be writing this Weekly Round-Up just to be different for a change. It's almost the end of March and it's almost Easter, as well as the ROBLOX Easter Egg Hunt! A new feature will be released too, where you can own and trade multiple copies of limited items! And... the Egg retexture and face making contest winners have been announced!

THE ROBLOX EASTER EGG HUNT:

  

Recently ROBLOX posted a blog post (article) about ROBLOX's Egg Hunt just to give you some idea on when it is and when it's going to happen. ROBLOX always has the Easter Egg Hunt to let people have fun with an event ROBLOX provides. In the Egg Hunt, when you step on Eggs, you actually get them as virtual hats, which is what everyone wants and that's what makes it fun, but it's not fun because of the Eggs, it's fun FINDING them! There is no official date of the Egg Hunt but some say it'll be tomorrow (Monday, 3-25-13) and some say Tuesday (3-26-13), just keep an eye out for it! Blog post here.

NEW FEATURE COMING TO ROBLOX:

ROBLOX will be releasing a new feature where you can own and trade multiple copies of limited items. This is a cool feature to add in ROBLOX, but a lot of the users think this is a bad idea for ROBLOX because it'll give people more of a chance to get "all the limited in ROBLOX". Like for an example, user Merely, a lot of the users on ROBLOX say that Merely will get double and will get ALL of the limited in ROBLOX (which currently, he does have them all). But we'll see where this feature takes us in the future with limited items. Blog post here.

Egg On Your Face Review

Hey guys! RobloxDude10101 here with a ROBLOX Face Review. 

Today I will be reviewing the Egg on your Face face.

What is it?

This face is a LimitedU face, which sold for 50 R$. There were 10,000 in stock,

which is a pretty high amount of copies for a ROBLOX LimitedU item.

Appearance:

The face itself is a pretty decent looking face. I wouldn't call it

the best LimitedU face on ROBLOX, but it's pretty nice.

The details on the face are decent. Not too much detail on 

the face, but at the same time, enough detail to make the face

a pretty good face on ROBLOX. One thing that does bug me as a buyer though, 

is the teeth. The teeth on the face are transparent instead of white, which

is sort of odd looking.

Would you buy it?

If the price is not too high, I'd say go for it. If the price is

up high enough that you might not be able to make profit on it,

don't waste your time on it. 

Overall?

Overall, I give this face an 7/10

:: ROBLOX Game Review - ROBLOX Survivor By Jojomen56 ::

Hello, hola, and harro KNC Universe! It's me, Mikoto192, with another game review. Sorry for the inactivity. So, here we go!

A DISTANT OVERVIEW OF THE GAME.

Construction

The construction in this game is out-of-this-world top notch. Nicely built terrain and very detailing features, this game is the total package for a survival game. Games like this bring out the ability to do various things on ROBLOX. I really think that Jojomen56 took his time very wisely to develop this game into something extraordinary. Honestly, Jojo deserves a 10 out of 10 blox. The user is used to creating survival games, and this game just really deserves it.

Scripting

Scripting in this game isn't bad either. The Graphic User Interfaces are in a perfect postition with the perfect design. The game includes health, hunger, thirst, and in-game tips GUIs. This makes the game so much more understandable and way more organized then it would be without them. I really think it makes sense for the GUIs to be WHERE they are and look exactly the way they do. This game gets a 10 out of 10 blox in scripting.

Effort

The effort in this game is outstanding, as stated in the construction paragraph. A lot of good games on the ROBLOX front page took almost forever to make and develop. I think this is a great game because of Jojomen's effort in the game and he great amount of inspiration from his other game, ROBLOX Wild Camping. I have to give Jojo another ten out of ten blox in this category, because his effort really had a great effect in the game and the process in developing it.

Gameplay

The gameplay in this game is just, eh. It's not as good as it could be, though. It's a pretty laggy game at times and it can be better. Although, this game is still new, so maybe he may be fixing this at the time. But, it's really not as good as it could and should be. All the other categories were good, but it's time for this game's prefect  blox score to come to a halt. The gameplay in this game gets a 8.5 out of 10 blox. It hurts me to have to give such a beautiful and awesome game like this a review like that.

Overall

Overall, this game gets 9.625 out of 10 blox. That's not such a bad score, but the gameplay should really be better. So, it's now time to close up this game with the statistics of this game. See you next time!

Christmas is definitely my favorite holiday both in real life and on roblox. There are always lots of cool presents on roblox and I try and get as many of them as possible without buying them. It’s a great challenge.

2. What are you excited for this Easter?

I am excited for the egg hunt. It looks like it will be really awesome this year, I like the gear they have released to help with it. I am also excited to get lots of work done on SFT this easter. I have time off school and I hope to make many good updates such as renting swords and a spectate mode.

3. Have you been to a ROBLOX Easter Egg Hunt?

 I have went to every one since I joined. However the one I remember most is my first one in 2010 I think. I remember going to a script builder and making a script to teleport all the eggs to me so I would be able to get them all with ease. It kinda ruined the fun though so I went on an alt to see how many I could collect without cheating.

 I always liked the Legendary Egg of Gygax even though I was not around for that egg hunt. I think it looks awesome.

Hey Guys, Epik here and today I will be doing a ROBLOX Basic Tutorial. If you already know how to do this, no need to read this post. This is a series of tutorials meant for new people to Roblox. If you are ready to begin, click the Read More>> button.

Playing a Game

Where to begin?

Now I'm sure if you're new to Roblox you would want to play it, Lol. First you have to download Roblox. Click here for a link to the download page. I personally use Chrome, so this is basically a chrome tutorial, but it is basically the same on other browsers. Scroll down a little, until you see 'Install ROBLOX', a big yellow button. Click it and this should be downloaded. If not, wait about 30 seconds to make sure it's not just slow loading, then try to click again. If it still doesn't work, something must be preventing you from downloading.

Now what?

Now you must click on that, then when another window comes up, click 'Run'. Now you just have to wait for Roblox to install, and your good to go =D
